Staffing

All our homes have 24/7 staff supervision, ensuring continuous support and a safe environment for residents. Our team members are carefully selected through a rigorous safer recruitment process, which includes thorough background checks and assessments.

Each staff member undergoes a comprehensive induction program, followed by mandatory training to meet industry standards, as well as additional specialized training to enhance their skills and knowledge. Regular supervision and ongoing professional development ensure our team maintains the highest level of care and expertise.

Our Home Managers are highly qualified professionals with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the adult care sector. They are responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a supportive and compassionate environment for both residents and staff.

Support Planning

A personalized support plan is developed in collaboration with each resident, their key worker, and their professional network, ensuring care is tailored to their individual needs. These outcome-focused support plans cover five key areas:

  • Health & Wellbeing – Promoting physical and mental health.

  • Safety & Security – Ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

  • Personal Growth & Fulfillment – Encouraging learning, hobbies, and social engagement.

  • Community Participation – Supporting involvement in social and community activities.

  • Financial Stability – Assisting with budgeting, benefits, and financial independence.

Support planning is managed through a secure database system using an outcomes tool to track progress. Key worker sessions are designed around these support plans and are delivered in meaningful and engaging ways by our experienced and compassionate staff, empowering residents to achieve their personal goals.
